If you want to move your PowerPoint slides for change the sequence of the slides. Then you can do it by some simple steps.

| For moving a slide follows these steps: |
| |
| 1. Click on View tab on the Ribbon. |
| |
| 2. Go to Presentation views. |
| |
| 3. Click on Slide Sorter. |
| |
| This view shows thumbnails of all the slides in your presentation. |
| |
 |
| |
| 4. Click on the slide you wish to move. |
| |
| 5. Drag this slide to the new location. |
| |
| 6. When you drag the slide, a vertical line appears. |
| |
 |
| |
| 7. Release the mouse. When the vertical line is in the correct location. |
| |
| 8. The slide moves to this new location.; |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| Copying a Slide |
| |
| When you want copy one or more slides in your PowerPoint Presentation follow these steps: |
| |
| 1. Go to the pane that contains the Slides and Outline tabs |
| |
| 2. Click the Slides tab. |
| |
| 3. Select that slide which you want to copy. |
| |
| 3. If you want to paste your text from keyboard shortcut. Press Ctrl+V to paste from keyboard. |
| |
| . To select a single slide, click on that slide. |
| |
| . To select various in order slides, click the first slide, then press SHIFT, and then click the last slide that you want to select. |
| |
| . To select various inconsequential slides, press CTRL, and then click each slide that you want to select. |
| |
| 4. Press Right-click of one of the selected slides |
| |
| 5. Click Copy. |
| |

| PowerPoint View |
| |
| In PowerPoint-2007, you can display your presentations in one of four main different views. |
| |
| These are normal, Slide Sorter, Notes Pages, Slide show. |
| |
| To access all the different slide presentation views follow these steps: |
| |
| 1. Click on View tab. |
| |
| 2. Go to Presentation views. |
| |
| 3. Click any one of the view which you want. |
| |
 |
| |
| After click on a view type, the view of the slide will be changed. |
| |
| You can also change view directly from the status bar. |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| Formatting Text |

| Change font Style |
| |
| To change the font typeface: |
| |
. Click the arrow next to the font name and choose a font.
. Remember that you can preview how the new font will look by highlighting the text, and hovering over the new font typeface. |

| To change the font size: |
| |
. Click the arrow next to the font size and choose the appropriate size, or
. Click the increase or decrease font size buttons. |

| Font Styles and Effects |
| |
| Font styles are predefined formatting options that are used to emphasize text. They include: Bold, Italic, and Underline. To insert these to text: |

. Select the text and click the Font Styles included on the Font group of the Home tab or
. Select the text and right click to display the font tools |

| |
| Change Text Color |
| |
. Select the text and click the Colors button included on the Font Group of the Ribbon, or
. Highlight the text and right click and choose the colors tool.
. Select the color by clicking the down arrow next to the font color button.

| To preview the animation on a slide: |

| . Click the Preview button on the Animations tab |

| The Slide Show tab of the ribbon contains many options for the slide show. These options include: |

. Preview the slide show from the beginning
. Preview the slide show from the current slide

| |
| This option allows you to set preferences for how the slide show will be presented. The options include: |
| |
| . Whether the show will run automatically or will be presented by a speaker |

. The looping options
. Narration options

| Record Narration |
| |
| When you want to record narration for the slides: |
| |
. Click the Record Narration button
. Click Set Microphone Level to check the levels of audio input
. Click OK to record the narration

| |
| Rehearse Timings |
| |
| Use Rehearsed Timings to rehearse the timings of slide with audio. |
| |
. Click the Rehearse Timings button
. Practice speaking and advance the slides as you would in the presentation
. When you have completed this click through the end of the slide
. Choose whether or not to keep this timing or to retry
